Improves my Productivity
When you really have to focus on a task, this is the app to help you get it done. Based on the Pomodoro method, instead of working for hours and hours on end, you do work, take a break, do work, take a break, etc. By default, you would work for 25 minutes and take a 5 minute break. After four sessions are complete, you are rewarded with a longer 20 minute break. Additionally, you can keep a list of your tasks needed to be done, check them off and view a history of the tasks and sessions you’ve completed.
This app works great on iPhone and ever better on the Apple Watch. I can use the Apple Watch app to quickly see how much time is remaining in my session/break and also pause the timer.
